The SOUTHERN LIVING PORCH panel is an online community created by SOUTHERN LIVING that allows you to help shape everything from our future advertising campaigns to new products and services to providing feedback to editors and journalists. By registering, you can choose to participate in a range of surveys, product testing programs, polls or forums throughout the year.
Why should I join the SOUTHERN LIVING PORCH panel?
As a member, you will have the opportunity to influence decisions made by SOUTHERN LIVING publishers, editors and marketers and to express your opinions on a wide range of subjects.
Registration is entirely free and there is no obligation to participate in surveys once you've registered.
Now that I've joined the SOUTHERN LIVING PORCH panel, what happens next?
Once you have joined the SOUTHERN LIVING PORCH panel as a panel member you will be sent survey invitations to your email address from time-to-time, depending on whether the subject matter matches your profile and interests. Clicking on a link in the invitation email will take you directly to the survey.

How often will I be invited to take part in online surveys?
You will most likely receive an invitation to participate in a survey around once a month--sometimes more, sometimes less. You are free to take part in as many of the surveys as you wish and there is no obligation to participate.
In general, how long does an online survey take?
A survey lasts on average 5 to 10 minutes. We try to ensure that all the surveys will be as short, simple and as relevant as possible.
What do I get as a reward for taking part in the surveys?

No, the information you share with us is purely for consumer research purposes.
I've forgotten my username or password. What do I do?
If you have forgotten your username or password, click on "Forgot my password" below the login area and enter your email address. You will then receive an email to reset your password.
How do I change my password and my email?
To change your password or email address, login and then click on the ‘My Profile' tab. Enter your new password or email address and then click 'Update'.
How can I change my personal information?
After logging into our member website, you can update your email address and password by selecting the 'My Profile' tab on our home page. You can also update other personal information including your mailing address by clicking on the 'Update Info' link on our home page.
How do I leave the SOUTHERN LIVING PORCH panel?
You can cancel your membership at any time by unsubscribing from the panel.
What will you do with the information I share with you?
Your answers will be held in strict confidentiality and will be used only for the purposes of these research studies. The results will be reported in aggregate form and cannot be identified individually, unless there is a special project and you give us consent.
What if I'm not receiving any emails?
You should get a welcome email within a few weeks of registering for SOUTHERN LIVING PORCH and an email for every survey we invite you to participate in. If you're not getting emails from the SOUTHERN LIVING PORCH, please make sure you check your spam folder. You can also click on the ‘Contact Us' form on the website for assistance.
How will my survey answers be used?
Your answers will be used for consumer research by various people at SOUTHERN LIVING to help make decisions. In all cases, the results will be viewed at an aggregate level only and no individual respondent will be identifiable in any way.
