How often will I be invited to take part in online surveys?
You will most likely receive an invitation to participate in a survey around once a month-- sometimes more, sometimes less. You are free to take part in as many of the surveys as you wish and there is no obligation to participate.
In general, how long does an online survey take?
A survey lasts on average 5 to 10 minutes. We try to ensure that all the surveys will be as short, simple and as relevant as possible.

To change your password or email address, login and then click on the ‘My Profile' tab. Enter your new password or email address and then click 'Update'.
How can I change my personal information?
To change your personal information, login to the panel website and go to the ‘My Profile' tab. You will then be able to view your personal information that you provided when you registered for the COOKING LIGHT TASTEMAKERS panel. You can modify this information at any time. Remember to click ‘Update' after modifying your details.
How do I leave the SOUTHERN LIVING PORCH panel?
You can cancel your membership at any time by unsubscribing from the panel.
What will you do with the information I share with you?
Your answers will be held in strict confidentiality and will be used only for the purposes of these research studies. The results will be reported in aggregate form and cannot be identified individually, unless there is a special project and you give us consent.
